Important updates on Service Rates Policy
The last three years we have seen increased avoidance of folk paying their Service Order balances.
Although they constitute a minority, this has forced our hand to impliment some policy changes, as we cannot afford to sustain
repeated and deliberate refusal of payment for work rendered.
It is always the very few that create the stresses and unfortunatley this world is seeing more of them. As per the updated
policies, all work and associated parts MUST be paid in full upon completion of a Service Order.

Please note that there is a 2.85% increase to the hourly rate.
RV repair and service is never cheap but we do utmost to keep our pricing well below that of
dealerships.
Please take the time to review the updated Service Rate Policy and Scheduling Policy so that your repairs can be addressed with increased efficiently and fairness to all our
clients..
