Addressing the economic challenges we all face, Ottawa Valley RV Inc will continue to purchase RV parts and products from< Canadian suppliers as best possible, as our country does not have manufacturing options..
Unfortunately, most do have to come from the USA RV manufacturers This hits us with double tariff costs due to electronics coming from China, into the US and then from the USA to us. It hurts.
We know that many have had to choose not having repairs done because of this and we wish we could reverse that. Know that we will always do our utmost to help you cost save.

Our forms have been helpful, however, having to enter your information repeatedly for different services is a pain in the a*#
We have listened to you and your personal client portal is on it's way!
You will have your own customer portal where your information is always there - no more having to re-enter! You can change your password, go password free (a means to enter your portal with having to remember your password; an increased means of security. If you have questions about it just reach out to us via your portal. All you'll need to do is ask for help, make your payment and ask for a desired date and time.

Service Rates Policy

The last four years we have seen increased avoidance by some folk when paying their Service Order balances This has hurts us more than it should. Trust is becoming a rare value. Although they constitute a great minority, this has forced our hand to impliment some strict policy changes, as we cannot afford to sustain repeated and deliberate refusal of payment for work rendered.
It is always the very few that create the stresses and unfortunately this world is seeing more of them. As per the updated policies, all work and associated parts MUST be paid in full upon completion of a Service Order. This you will soon be able to do in your own customer portal.
If you ever have any question about our service rates and policies the information is always there for you to review.
