Unfortunately, most do have to come from the USA RV manufacturers This hits us with heavy tariff costs due to electronics coming from China, into the US and then from the USA to us. It hurts.
We know that many have had to choose not having repairs done because of this and we wish we could reverse that. Know that we will always do our utmost to help you cost save.

The last five years we have seen increased avoidance by some folk when paying their Service Order balances This has hurts us more than it should. Trust is becoming a rare value.
Although they constitute a great minority, this has forced our hand to impliment some strict policy changes, as we cannot afford to sustain
repeated and deliberate refusal of payment for work rendered.
It is always the very few that create the stresses and unfortunately this world is seeing more of them. As per the updated
policies, all work and associated parts MUST be paid in full upon completion of a Service Order. This you can do through a free account, using the customer portal.
If you ever have any question about our service rates and policies the information is always there for you to review.
There are thousands of horror stories and we don't want you to join them. Before you hitch up or turn the key, using common
