Prior to you going any further we wish to address the economic challenges we will all face this year. In support of our country Ottawa Valley RV Inc will be purchasing RV parts and products from Canadian manufacturers/suppliers only.
Should our hand be forced to buy outside of Canada we will inform you and jointly make a decision thereafter.
It is our hope that this will not impact our industry any further than it already has (parts costs have already risen but stabilized) and we will vigilently monitor the future and inform you of any sudden changes.
Please note: we are in the process of reworking our Service Request Order forms/ While we have had to increase pricing, as most any other business thse days, we are investigating ways to help you save at the same time. Whether it be on the Service Call itself and/or parts that we will need to resolve your request we will continue concentrating on the whole process.
Please do not input an order for service until we have completed the process. We will notify you here when we have completed.
In the event that you require service ahead of that time, please use the Information Only form to reach out to us. While we are not monitoring emails and/or the phone on a daily basis yet we will check emails only for now and reply at the earlest.

February 10. 2025
Canadian RV Association ~~>Jayco Inc. is recalling 412 2025 Jayco Jay Feather Micro trailers equipped with InVision Three Burner Cooktops. The aluminum burner tube may crack and cause a gas leak. - Owners are advised not to use the cooktop until the remedy is completed. Dealers will replace the center burner tube, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Feb. 28. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9901617.Parts Prices

The last three years we have seen increased avoidance of folk paying their Service Order balances.
Although they constitute a minority, this has forced our hand to impliment policy changes, as we cannot afford to sustain repeated and deliberate refusal to pay for work rendered.
All work and associated parts MUST be paid in full upon completion of a Service Order. If necessary, we will take corrective measures wherein as required.

Please note that there is a 2.85% increase to the hourly rate.
In addition to pre-payment requirements for scheduling, some very important updates have been made to all policies of Ottawa Valley RV Inc.
Please take the time to review the updated Service Rate Policy and Scheduling Policy so that your repairs can be addressed with increased efficiently and fairness to all our clients..
